War Phoenix is a comic drawn mashup of Hawkgirl from DC Comics and Phoenix (Jean Grey) from Marvel Comics. Shayera Grey was born from Thangarum father and Human mother. She was born with wings and telepathic abilities. After 11 years her parents were Murdered by Thangarums because The Thangarums her parents were wanted for murder for having a child that is not solely Thangarum. Shayera Grey nearly escaped and after a time she developed a split personality. Eventually, her split personality known as War Phoenix, murdered the Thangarums that killed her parents!! Shayera Grey found her way to Pennyworth Academy and learned her way to control her abilities.
